I was worried about parking my truck here since it's so large but I just had to pay a little bit extra and it was totally fine. Staff was actually really friendly and helpful. One of my bags was pretty heavy so getting help with it was very much appreciated

I want to compliment you on your employee named Walter. I have used sunrise a number of times as I am a business traveler and Walter is the epitome of what customer service is all about. He was courteous, professional, and respectful. When I didn't want to leave my cars for him to park when a space opened up, He offered to move another car to open a space for me to park my car. That kind of service is missing in many service oriented businesses today. If you use Walter to "teach" other employees what customer service is about, you will always be successful in your business. I have been using SUNRISE Parking for the last 8 years. I stay with SUNRISE because of the great staff. All of the drivers are great, KABIR and the others do a great job, sometimes under hectic conditions to get us to terminals. Carlos has been there in the office for years, and he is reliable and always a great help. Whether you are greeted by Abdullah, Phillip, Ronnie...you will be well taken care of.
A great value with an A+ Team.

I highly recommend Sunrise Parking at LAX. They saved my Thanksgiving holiday by taking my car without a reservation and dropped me at my terminal within 5 minutes. The staff all were friendly and helpful. I will be returning and will recommend them to all my family and friends. No headache lAX Parking.

We have been using Sunrise Airport Parking for at least 9 years now without a problem. fast and courteous service without any glitches. We tell everyone we know to use Sunrise as it is easy and affordable!!

I arrived at Sunrise lot 4:30 AM for my 6:00AM flight. The shuttle was there ready go and it took me less than 5 minutes to get to my terminal. The service was great both direction and very fair price. I highly recommend them.

I really like the online reservation system. With the reservation you don't have to worry about the lot being full.
